Honda Factory Rep

I’ve bought A LOT of Hondas over the years, mainly because the company stresses quality – something I really appreciate. Our first-run Odyssey has had a few minor issues, unusual for the company in my experience. What I’ve been impressed with, though, is their enthusiastic desire to remedy them. They sent a factory rep out to inspect the issues, will fix them on my vehicle, and will work with engineering and manufacturing to correct them going forward.
